Terms and Conditions

ALL SALES ARE FINAL on custom printed items. Custom Printed Items such as Screen Printed, Heat Transfer or other personalized Merchandise Items (T shirts, sweatshirts, or other imprintables) cannot be refunded as they are custom items printed to the customers custom artwork and cannot be restocked.  WHAT CAN BE RETURNED: If a reprint is requested, and the product is found to be defective, TTOD will reprint at no charge to the customer with the same production and delivery terms extending from the time of resolution. DESIGN & ARTWORK: We make every attempt to create error free artwork and require all proofs to be thoroughly checked and approved by our clients. This includes colors, print placement layout, print sizes, and overall accuracy of artwork and/or design. Please review Order proofs carefully and notify us immediately of any required changes.

Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL on custom printed items. Custom Printed Items such as Screen Printed, Heat Transfer or other personalized Merchandise Items (T shirts, sweatshirts, or other imprintables) cannot be refunded as they are custom items printed to the customers custom artwork and cannot be restocked.  ALL ORDERS PLACED ONLINE ARE CUSTOM ORDERS. CUSTOM MADE ITEMS ARE NOT ABLE TO BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED. Although refunds will not be offered for customer errors, TTOD may permit the customer to correct their error and reprint the original order at 50% of the cost for each reprinted item. In such event, customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. WHAT CAN BE RETURNED: If a reprint is requested, and the product is found to be defective, TTOD will reprint at no charge to the customer with the same production and delivery terms extending from the time of resolution. Samples and photos of the defective product may be requested prior to any action being taken. All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned. DESIGN & ARTWORK: We make every attempt to create error free artwork and require all proofs to be thoroughly checked and approved by our clients. This includes colors, print placement layout, print sizes, and overall accuracy of artwork and/or design. Please review Order proofs carefully and notify us immediately of any required changes. Unless a PMS color is specifically requested, stock house colors may be substituted to reduce costs. Colors will be matched as close as possible to proofs but can appear differently on final printed products than on the digital layout proof. We will make every attempt to manufacture your products as close to the proof as possible. Standard Variation for artwork placement on any garment is .75” with a max variation of 1” in any direction. DECORATING ON CUSTOMER SUPPLIED GARMENTS: At TTOD we highly recommend using our garments for customization. We know where they come from and they are made especially for customization. However, if you insist to supply us with the garment to be customized we will do it. Shop rates will apply and will not reflect the normal pricing grid. You will also be subject to screen or other set up fees associated with producing your order. Please keep in mind the underage/spoilage rate when providing your own garments. We always recommend you provide extras. We will in no way be responsible for your garments for any reasons whatsoever regardless of fault. You are having us print them at your own risk. TTOD will not be responsible for decoration longevity, washouts, etc. on your customer supplied items.

Delivery Policy

When arranged, orders are delivered locally by our staff or shipped via UPS. For in person delivery you can expect your order to arrive within 3-10 full business days. Delivery will occur Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays For UPS deliveries tracking numbers will be provided.
